Natural flavorings and colorants from natural sources such as terpenes, phycobiliproteins and carotenoids are increasingly replacing unsustainable chemical alternatives. Fatty acids such as omega-3s DHA, ALA and EPA are in increasing demand but supply is unreliable and inconsistent. Through our Cyanoworks™ platform, we are developing sustainable alternative sources for natural flavorings, colorants and fats.
Through our precision engineering platform, we are able to deliver sustainable production of these important and high value compounds.
